How much does an upgrade cost?
You'll find our rates are great compared to other dating sites. All the different upgrade plans and rates are listed on the upgrade page. Simply click anywhere it says “Upgrade Now” and then choose a payment method. Doing so will allow you to glance over the different options available for that method of payment before you decide to upgrade.
How do I upgrade?
You can upgrade your account via the Upgrade Page by clicking any of the "Upgrade Now" links.
Why should I upgrade?
You’re here to meet people right? Upgrading your account will unlock many features that a Basic Membership status won’t allow, making it very easy to meet others.

- Email anyone on the system. Anyone can open email you send to them, including Basic Members.
- Read all email sent to you, including email sent from Basic Members.
- Start an Instant Message (IM) with someone
- Access all of the chat rooms
- View full-size photos from member profiles
How do I cancel my account or delete my profile?
We're sorry to see you go. To cancel your account, simply login, go to the "My Account" section, then click "Cancel Membership".

Email requests for account cancellation cannot be honored unless you are logged into the system. This is for security reasons.

Once your account is cancelled you will not receive any emails nor will your account information be visible to anyone.

If you decide that you want to come back, we’d love to have you... simply log in with your user id and password to reactivate.
How do I cancel my automatic renewal?
You can cancel your automatic renewal by logging in and going to the Cancel Membership page, found in the "My Account" section. From there, click on "Membership Status". Your account status, duration, and renewal status will be displayed with the "Cancel Auto-Renewal" link below it.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the service and the manner in which it is rendered, we maintain a strict no refund policy.

Help, my credit card won't go through!
Please make sure all the correct billing information and/or CVV2 (credit card verification ID) number is typed accurately. Your billing information must match exactly to whats on your monthly billing statement.

If you are absolutely sure all the information is accurate and you're still having trouble please contact your bank.

Please be aware that any and all payment attempts will appear as being deducted from your account even if they don't go through. They are nothing more than whats called a "pre-authorization." Your bank will automatically return those funds to you shortly.

Should you have any more questions or need more assistance concerning this matter, please contact your bank for further information regarding pre-authorizations.
Help, my credit card won't go through and I live outside the United States!
Unfortunately our financial institution won't accept payments processed through banks from countries outside the United States.

If you run into this problem, please select our Paypal link from the upgrade page to make your payment. You may use your credit card there and your payment should go through.
Do you accept Debit Cards?
Yes we do. We gladly accept any Debit Card with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
Do you accept pre-paid/gift Cards?
We're sorry to say at this time we do not. If you would like to upgrade but don't have a credit card, you may still upgrade mailing us a check or money order for the upgrade price to:

Please set up an account before you mail your payment and include your email address and User ID. Please don't forget to include your User ID with payment. We cannot accept cash.
I paid, can a non-paying member read my email?
As an upgraded member, anyone you email can read and reply to your message regardless of whether or not they're upgraded.
